The bed was sent from the store warehouse with 2 left side frames (rather than one and one right). Since this initial failure, there have been several missed delivery commitments. Moreover, I have been without a bed.

I ordered 2 of the same lamps back in Feb. and upon arrival I received 2 different lamps. I called the company to let them know and was told that I would receive a return label via email within 3-5 business days and that another lamp would be shipped to me it may take up to 3 weeks to receive it due to Covid-19. Fast forward...1 month later I still have no lamp and no return label. I contacted the company again and this time was told that due to Covid-19 they had not sent me a return label via email nor had shipped the lamp because they had not received the lamp they sent to me by mistake. I told Alan that I was leaving to go out of town that week for surgery and wasn't sure when I would be back so I needed the return label before I left. I didn't get the label until the night before my departure. I was not able to return the lamp. Fast forward its 7/31/2020. I returned the lamp, which they received the 7/17, I contacted the company w/o success and the lamp looks to be sold out online

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I ordered two symplicity nightstands and a symplicty dresser from the website. When I ordered the nightstands it stated that the nightstands were in stock. However, after awhile I started to wonder why they have not shipped. So I called and they stated that the nightstands are on backorder until late May early June. I am so upset because they should not have stated that the nightstands were in stock when in fact they are not. I am incredibly irritated by this entire situation.

I purchased a coffee table from Zgallerie back in May. Before making the purchase I was promised that if the item is defective and not accepted during delivery, I would be refunded my money including the shipping with no questions asked. The table was delivered mid June with a dent on the side and cracked top, and I refused the delivery. I immediately called their customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally the rep told me that I would be refunded my money and delivery fee and sent a follow up email confirming that. We are one month out and I still have not received my refund. I contacted their local store (since I do not have time to be on hold for a long time with their customer service) and now they are telling me that they will deduct a restocking fee of 25% and not reimburse my delivery fee. Furthermore they tell me In order to not endure those losses I should accept an exchange!!!!? I am writing so that other consumers do not suffer the headache and emotional turmoil they have caused me.

Do not buy from Z Gallerie. I bought a dining room table and chairs at the beginning of March. When it was delivered the table was broken. I called 2 of their stores - they said they were closing because the company was going into bankruptcy - they could not help me. Customer service did not answer the phones and did not respond to emails. There was no way to return the table and/or exchange the table because no one was responding. I will never shop with them again.

Purchased an oversized piece of artwork beg Feb. to fit a large space. Didn't hear from anyone about when it would be delivered. After repeatedly trying to call and email Customer Service, went back to the store mid -March. I was told that the piece was discontinued and no longer available. NOT great customer service at all! Corporate issued a credit without any apology or notification. I've always loved their artwork, but I will go elsewhere.

Horrible horrible customer service, I'm in shock! Delivery company was not accommodating whatsoever, finally we set up a mutual time and my coffee table came broken in a billion pieces. Probably spent all week tossed around on the truck. They sent the item back, no tracking, no info nothing. Zgallerie unable to find anything, "no access" to any info...really? what century do you function in? Such a disappointment I seriously cannot believe this..not to mention hefty $170 delivery fee! so im still waiting on a refund and its been over a month! Contacted my cc today to refute the charges. Don't waste your time on big items! such a shame

Absolutely beautiful furntiure...to bad you won't actually ever receieve it all!!! Ordered the Archer dining table, two chairs, a banquette and the bench on Labor Day. It is almost the end of November and I still havent received the the bench or banquette and nobody can tell me when I actually will! Customer service is nice and will tell you whatever they want to get you off the phone, but won't actually give you any concrete information. It was ALL supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Its been 11 and today they still said the banquette is on backorder! With no date it is expected other than soon. Plus when the table was delivered, the leaves were damaged. I am still waiting on replacements to be delivered and thats been over a month. Every week they are supposidly going out on Friday... It is a shame that they can't get their ordering systems and delivery systems on the same page. I spent over $3,000 and will never order from them again!

Do not order furniture from them!! I ordered a dining table 56 days ago. I paid $350 in shipping charges. Still have not heard one word from them. When you call their customer service no one knows anything. NEVER AGAIN.

To break it down, the delivery guys showed up spent all of 10 min (being generous) trying to get it into the apartment and then said "if you sign a waiver we will continue otherwise we have to leave" They said it wouldn't fit, but I know with certainty it would because of my experience moving, in real estate and OH I know someone else in my building that was able to get the same size sofa into there apartment. Now they want to charge me 50% because their delivery team won't deliver it!!!! Not to mention originally they said 75% was what they were going to give me. Personally, I would say away from them, the store employees aren't friendly and customer service directs you to their website. No one wants to work or help people, and it is sad because they have a nice product made in the USA. Shame on all of you for your lack of leadership and customer service.

Beautiful store and the staff was great. Unfortunately one situation made our experience disappointed. We had our eye on this beautiful reflection leaner mirror. Price is ok with an additional 20% off for Memorial weekend. Great! We get all excited until we are being told (not showing on the mirror) we have to pay an extra $170 for shipping (again nowhere to be seen around the mirror). Understandable online but really, at the store? And they won't let us picking it up ourselves. So the price on the mirror is not the real one and you just lost a sale.
